To edit an existing Contact, click the “Edit Client” icon in the Client search results. Once the list of associated Contacts is visible on the Edit Client page, click the “Edit Contact” icon in the list of Contacts.
When editing a Contact, you have the option to add the Contact to existing Contact Groups
Or, select Projects to link your Clients to. Currently this functionality only serves to preselect a Client when invoicing directly off Gemini Items. See “Editing Invoices” below for more information.
Or, link a Contact to available Tax Codes. This will restrict the available Tax Codes for a Document allocated to the selected Client.
Or, link a contact to available Document Templates. This will restrict the available Document Templates for a Document allocated to the selected Client.
Or, finally, link a contact to available Payment Terms. This will restrict the available Payment Terms for a Document allocated to the selected Client.
