Email Templates define the content of a Reminder email to be sent to Clients to notify them of newly issued Invoices, or outstanding balances.  Like Statement and Document Templates, Email Templates use replacer tags to merge the appropriate content into the final email sent.

Email Templates allow for both Document and Statement tags to be added to the physical email content. Depending on the Reminder Type being sent, the tags will be replaced accordingly.

SimplyFi ships with Sample Templates included in the application. To add a sample template to your instance of SimplyFi, use the applicable “Template Manager” on the editor you are using (RadEditor or TinyMCE) to select and insert one of the sample templates.
